I would give Black Oak 50 stars if I could. When pharmacist 1st started practicing, the Black Oak service was the norm…now with the chains you are a number on the assembly line. John cares about you – he’ll get you the best price. He once met me in a snowstorm on a Sunday (their closed on Sun) to fill a script knowing they’d be closed because of the storm the next day…no lie!!!
Excellent customer service! Helpful over the phone and offered free delivery after I had hip replacement. Friendly, professional and courteous attitude. Spent alot of time with me on the phone researching online and checking other store with a friendly disposition. Never felt rushed or if I was being annoying (which I was).
